EOPS

  • Eligibility: Must be up to date with EOPS requirements: 3 counseling appointments, turn in progress report, and have not have 2 no shows (if so, needs to meet with the Dean). Can receive the assistance on a monthly basis
  • Amount: Various depending on budget

CalWORKs (TANF Fund)

  • Eligibility: Parent(s) and child must be CalWORKs/TANF recipients and receiving cash assistance from the County.
  • Amount: $50 gas card per monthly workshop attended.

Promise

  • Eligibility: Intent to earn a degree or certificate, apply to financial aid annually, commit to being a full-time student (12+ units) (If you cannot be a full- time student, choose our part-time pathway
  • Amount: If students complete the workshop requirement they can get $50 for a Transportation Card. Students can choose: Bus Pass, Gas Card, Uber Card

Local Updates

Go Card Program

The Go Card Program helps cover transportation costs for qualifying San Mateo County residents. Eligible participants receive a $200 prepaid card to be spent on qualifying transportation purchases.
