The Office of Equity at Cañada College supports our college’s mission, vision, values, and goals by uplifting our college’s goal to become an “Equity-Minded and Antiracism College.”

The Office of Equity seeks to do this through developing, facilitating, and supporting learning, development, praxis, policies, teaching, and services that create a sense of belonging among all community members so they may feel valued and thrive.
