AdvoKids – a legal resource for California foster children and their advocates. AdvoKids provides direct legal assistance, support and education to foster children and their advocates, including lawyers, CASA volunteers, FFAs, social workers, mental health providers, and foster and adoptive parents.

The Alliance for Children's Rights - free legal services and advocacy for children and youth and their caregivers.  Excellent information about benefits and options for caregivers on the website and by phone.
