The Federal awarding agency must require the recipient to use OMB-approved government wide standard data elements for collecting information for financial and performance reports. Periodic reports are required for each Federal award. It is the responsibility of the Project Director to ensure all reports are accurate, certified and submitted in a timely manner in accordance with the federal awarding agency and OMB 2 CFR, Part 200.
