Welcome to the Fitness Center

Learn by doing—apply the tools and motivational strategies needed for lifelong physical fitness. Our self-paced classes explore components of fitness, fitness assessment, training principles, fitness program design, and fitness/wellness goal setting.

Beginner through advanced level students—the Cañada College Fitness Center Staff looks forward to helping you gain the skills needed to develop a personal lifelong fitness program.

As of Summer 2012, high school students must be at least a high school junior or senior to enroll in the following courses: FITN 112, 117, 118, 119.  All other Fitness/Dance courses are open to all students.

Monday-Saturday 7am - 1pm, Monday-Thursday 5:30 - 7:00pm

Fitness Center students may use the facility anytime during our hours of operation.
The Fitness Center follows the Cañada College Academic Calendar for holidays & recesses.
