NEW  - Rapid Response Hotel Stay Program

The San Mateo County Community College District’s Basic Needs Taskforce (BNTF)** (Housing Insecurity Subcommittee) has launched the Rapid Response Hotel Stay Program to provide short-term emergency housing support for students who do not have safe or stable housing and who would otherwise be unsheltered. NEW  - Chafee funding (pandemic relief dollars) for non-minor dependents and former foster youth aged 18-26

California is now ready to distribute new Chafee funding (pandemic relief dollars) for non-minor dependents and former foster youth aged 18 to 26 (up to their 27th birthday) in the form of direct cash assistance to eligible young people. These grants have a very low barrier application process for youth. The funds will be delivered through prepaid cards. Click the link above for more information and the link below to apply.
