All students must complete the college application. Completing the college application will generate your college  ID G-number. You will need this ID G-number for everything at the college. A completed college application and class registration will also generate a college email address. This is how you will receive all your college correspondence. When you fill out the college application, it's important to remember to choose concurrent enrollment on the enrollment information page.

Topic: Successful Middle College students are independent, motivated, hard workers. They don’t give up when confronted with difficulties, they ask for help when needed, and they manage their time well.

Prompt: Describe a time when you have shown resilience, persistence, maturity, and self-direction.

Send the essay as a PDF attachment to canadamiddlecollege@smccd.edu Please do not mail hard copies or fax writing samples.
