Administrative Services Program Review

 

Organization of Administrative Services

Administrative Services are organized into 5 "programs" for the purposes of Program Review and Assessment of Service Area Outcomes (SAOs). These programs are:

  • Marketing and Outreach
  • Planning, Research, and Institutional Effectiveness
  • Vice President of Administrative Services: Business Services, Facilities, Professional Development
  • Vice President of Student Services
  • Vice President of Instruction

The Program Reviews are studied by the Administrative Planning Council which brings relevant recommendations to the Planning and Budgeting Council.

 

Program Review Schedule

Administrative Planning Council adopted biennial (every other year) program review on September 10, 2014.

Program Review Schedule 2014-15 and 2016-17

  • Office of Student Services
  • Office of Planning, Research, and Institutional Effectiveness
  • Office of Administrative Services (including Business Office, Facilities, Professional Development)

Program Review Schedule 2015-16 and 2017-18

  • Office of Instruction
  • Office of Marketing
