Created for Black and Brown entrepreneurs, Cañada College at Menlo Park is collaborating
with ESO Ventures to offer a 10 week small business incubator program! Do you have
a solid idea for a small business, but don't know how to start? Or maybe you are a
student who started a small business, but need help growing your business to its'
full potential. If this sounds like you, then the Small Business Incubator program
is for you!

Small Business Incubator at Cañada College
Program Overview
Students will meet online twice a week with their instructor and growth coaches from ESO . Cañada College & ESO Ventures are committed to create a safe space for Black & Brown business owners where current issues are dealt with when discussing business creation. Starting a business can be a daunting journey, and this program offers students the knowledge, confidence, and community needed to to thrive as a local entrepreneur.

What you will Learn
Students will work with an ESO coach once a week using modules. The modules are centered
on the must-have competencies for sole proprietors interested in formalizing and growing
their businesses Students will also have the opportunity for individual sessions with
experienced professionals, strategic advisors and coaches who have decades of experience
in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. In this program, you will learn in a community with
and from others. This includes a community of entreprenuerial peers, coaches, instructors,
and ESL assistance to help translate documents. By the end of the 10 weeks, students
experience improved product-market fit, refined strategy, and marketing results for
your business idea.
