Cancel/Refund Policy 

Students may drop a course any time before the start of a class up to one week past the start date for a full refund. For more information please email


  • In your email, please include your name, the name of the course, your phone number, your email address, and the reason for your drop to help us evaluate the quality of our courses and programs. 
  • If books and kits were sent to you, they must be sent back for the refund to be issued
  • Funds may take up to a week for you to see the refund on your bank statement.


Service Area

Students who live in San Mateo County will be prioritized for all programs. Students living in the Bay Area will also be given high priority to enroll in the not-for-credit programs.  Any students living outside of the state are not eligible for programs at Canada College at Menlo Park.
