Textbook Request Form for Students

If there is an item you would like the Library to purchase and place on reserve for a class you are taking, please fill out the form below. The Library has limited funding for buying textbooks, so we cannot fulfill all requests. You may also use this form to request other items for the library, such as books, movies, or magazines that you or others might enjoy.

Please give us as much information as you have, but don't worry about being complete.
