Cañada Communities

Cañada College currently has six Communities of Practice.

Case Managers

This community includes the Program Services Coordinators and Retention Specialists. They work closely with a “group” of students on case management.

Program Managers

This community includes individuals that manage specific programs and are either Program Supervisors or Project Directors (e.g. A2B, Career Center, Transfer Center, STEM).

Student Support

This community includes individuals with direct student contact at the counters (e.g. A&R Techs, Cashier Staff, FA staff, and Welcome Center staff).

Instructional Support

This community includes instructional aides and library assistants who provide academic support services.

Administrative Support

This community includes the assistants to the administrators, division assistants and executive assistants.

Administrators and Supervisors

This community includes members of the President’s Council.
