How to Apply
We welcome the opportunity to review your application. Please download the application from this website (Note: This document is in pdf format which requires that you have Adobe Reader, available free from Adobe, installed on your computer), click this link to an online version, or pick up a paper copy in the TRIO office in the Learning Center (on the 2nd floor of Building 9).
Please read the application carefully and note that if you indicate that you are low-income, you will need to submit tax information to us, and if you indicate a disability, you will need to submit a statement of disability from our Disability Resource Center (DRC).
Once you are approved to participate in the program, you will be asked to sign an Agreement with TRIO Student Support Services, in which you confirm you will follow our guidelines and actively participate in the program. To see this agreement prior to applying, you may download the agreement here (note: this document is in pdf format which requires that you have Adobe Reader, available free from Adobe, installed on your computer.) This agreement does not need to be submitted with the application but will be required at orientation (you will not to bring it in; we will provided a copy). Drop off the completed application to any of our staff members.

Once your application is submitted, our staff will review it and contact you within a few weeks to provide you with further information on continuing the admittance process. If you have any questions, feel free to call our Office Assitant, Candice Johnson, at 650-306-3369.
