Cañada offers a broad range of classes to suit many needs. Students can prepare to transfer to a four year institution, earn an Associate Degree, or complete basic skills classes, including ESL, to prepare for college level classes. Classes are offered during the day, evening and on weekends. A list of programs is available on our degrees webpage
The current catalog may be purchased through the college bookstore or obtained free via our interactive, online Catalog website. There, you can browse all degrees, course descriptions, policies, and download a PDF of the entire catalog.
The most recent PDF of the class schedule can be found online on our Catalog/Schedule website. WebSchedule provides two ways to find classes: a dynamic Searchable Schedule of Classes for Cañada, CSM and Skyline; and an alphabetical listing by individual campus. Use WebSMART to confirm your class dates, times, room numbers, instructor names, etc.
A transcript is an official record of a student's academic work at Cañada College. A single transcript will contain a student's work from all three colleges in the San Mateo County Community College District. You will need to only request one transcript if you attended multiple colleges in this District. You can review the procedures for ordering a transcripts on the District transcript webpage. All applicants interested in receiving federal and some types of state financial aid must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The first step in applying for Financial Aid is to complete a FAFSA application at on the FAFSA website.. Wait approximately one week and then you can view your outstanding financial aid requirements through WebSMART. Click on the "Students" tab, then the financial aid tab. You will need social security number(s), prior year's tax information and some additional information for yourself, spouse and/or your parent(s).

Cañada College is easily reached by SamTrans Bus. From the Redwood City Caltrain Station, take SamTrans Bus 278; Destination should say "Cañada College." It will take you directly to the campus. Call 1-800-660-4BUS for schedules and routes as not all buses run every day or check our website for current route and schedule information.
Cañada College has launched a pilot program that offers current Cañada students one free roundtrip trip ride per day to/from Cañada. Visit our Lyft webpage for more information.
Campus Ambassadors are available to provide prospective students with a campus tour to learn more about what Cañada has to offer. Guided campus tours are approximately 45 minutes long.
