Anthropology is the study of humanity. It introduces students to the concept of ethnocentrism, cross-cultural perspectives of the world, and the importance of diversity and equity. Anthropologists and archaeologists typically work in research organizations, government, and consulting firms. Some analyze samples in laboratories and do fieldwork.
