Sharing Thoughts About the EMBA from Cohort 4

Chancellor Ron Galatolo"This fall, I earned my Executive MBA through the program offered by Cañada College's University Center in partnership with San Francisco State University. With the EMBA, all my classes were on Saturday and conveniently located on the Cañada campus-close to home. The coursework and instructors have proven to be top-notch. I highly recommend this program to others in our community, not only because of the quality of the program, but also for the convenience it offers." ~Ron Galatolo, Chancellor, San Mateo County Community College District

Linda Da Silva"Undertaking graduate level studies while concurrently holding a demanding management position is never easy, but San Francisco State University's EMBA program at Cañada College was very rewarding and manageable. The instructional facilities at Cañada College provided an inspired educational setting in which to conduct classes. Finally, the cohort style of learning provided a network of fellow students that enriched my learning experience, and has provided me with a group of friends and colleagues for life." ~Linda Da Silva, Director of District Facilities, Maintenance & Operations

Rick Bennett"If you enter this program you should be aware that it is not easy; it takes a good shot of wired ambition, sacrifices, diligence and late nights. For me, it required a family that understood those sacrifices and the late nights, but were encouraging and supportive. San Francisco State University 's cohort program is a superior instructional methodology. While the faculty is excellent, the best learning comes from the cohort. San Francisco State University does an excellent job of bringing together a diverse student body at an incredible facility on the Cañada College campus." ~Rick Bennett, Director, General Services
