College Night
Cañada College and Sequoia Union High School District Present College Night Thursday, October 30, 2008
College Night is a special night in October each year when High School students have an opportunity to attend an annual College Fair and workshops on Higher Education and Financial Aid availabilities.
College Night is a gathering of about 90 college and university representatives in California and other States. The university’s representatives will set up tables to meet face to face with prospective students and their parents to inform them about their campuses including admission requirements, the cost of attendance, location, environment, financial aid and scholarship availabilities, academic and other support services, and more...
In addition to the individual meetings, students have the opportunity to attend the workshops to learn about the financial aid availability and admission requirements for community colleges and four-year universities.
This event is to help bring information to students for making an informative decision about their education, and is an opportunity to advocate for themselves.
