Janet Stringer M.D., Ph.D., came to Cañada after spending 16 years on the faculty at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. She has more than 20 years of experience teaching pharmacology to medical students, nurse anesthesia students, physician assistant students, graduate students and lay people. She is the author of a study guide for medical pharmacology. Her previous research interests were in neuroscience, neuropharmacology and epilepsy.
