METE 100 METEOROLOGY – WEATHER PROCESSES

Units (Grade Option) 3; Class Hours: Minimum of 48 lecture hours/semester; Recommended: Eligibility for READ 836, and ENGL 836 or ESL 400; Prerequisite(s): None. Description: Introduction to the science of the Earth’s atmosphere as a system with an emphasis on the physical process that change our atmosphere in the short term and throughout Earth’s history. Evaluation of the atmosphere using the scientific method is emphasized throughout the course. Transfer: CSU.
