High School Outreach Program
The Outreach Program at Cañada College provides an array of services to prospective students and educators from middle schools, high schools, public agencies, corporations and the community. We provide information about admission requirements, degree and certificate programs, transfer information, financial aid, campus life, student services, and much more.
The Cañada College Outreach Program has an excellent team of campus ambassadors who are eager to assist high school students on a one-on –one basis as well as provide valuable information to parents. We encourage students to believe in themselves and expand their vision to a higher education. We believe in “Si Se puede,” “You Can Do It.”
The Outreach program continues to build strong bridges to the Sequoia Union High School District—school career counselors, academic counselors, teachers and administrators—to provide educational information and facilitate high school students’ successful transition to our college.
The Cañada College Outreach Program collaborates with the following college events.
1. Kindercaminata
2. Fourth and eighth grade campus tours
3. College Night
4. Presentations in English and Spanish to schools and community.
