ACCEL Collaborative Action Teams (CAT)

The Collaborative Action Teams (CAT) are the main vehicle to develop collaborative plans and build ongoing capacity. The Teams will bring together staff from both sectors to review data and developed shared strategies. Four teams will address the unique areas of the county:

• South County
• North County
• Coastside County
• Central-County
