Cañada College is part of the 108 school California Community College system.
The college is located at 4200 Farm Hill Blvd. in Redwood City just off Highway 280. Courses are also taught at the Menlo Park/OICW Center at 1200 O'Brien in Menlo Park.
Enrollment fee is $26 per credit. (Subject to change without notice.)
The college operates on the semester system. Fall semester runs from mid-August through December. Spring semester runs from mid-January through the end of May. Six and eight week courses are available during the Summer session, mid-June through mid-August.

Cañada College is one of the smallest community colleges in the Bay Area with approximately 6,000 students.
The college is one of only two federally-designated Hispanic Serving Institutions in the Bay Area. Approximately 42 percent of Cañada's students are Latino.
Cañada College is one of the few California community colleges offering bachelor's degrees through its University Center.
Cañada College is one of the state's leading community colleges in transfer and completion rates.
Many of our students go on to attend 4-year schools, such as
UC Santa Cruz, UC Berkeley, College of Notre Dame, San Jose
State, Hayward State, San Francisco State, University of San
Francisco, among others.
The college has 77 full-time faculty and 182 part-time faculty
members.
Cañada College competes as a member of the Coast Conference
in golf, volleyball, baseball, men's basketball, and soccer
(men's and women's).
Accreditation
Cañada College is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Community and Junior Colleges of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges, 10 Commercial Blvd., Suite 204, Novato, CA 94949, (415) 506-0234, an institutional accrediting body recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation and the U.S. Dapartment of Education. The Office of Private Postsecondary Education also approved Cañada College to offer courses to U.S. Veterans for collection of veterans' benefits. The accreditation reports and approval are available for review in the Office of the President.
